These terms apply when you use www.thehivecraft.com, our contact form and any Hivecraft service that lets you sign in with Google (together, the "Services"), provided by Hivecraft Technology ("Hivecraft", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
What Hivecraft does
Hivecraft is a product studio. The website describes our work and services and is for general information. It is not an offer. Any project we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, and nothing on the website creates a client relationship on its own.
Using the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in good faith. You will not:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- submit false, misleading or someone else's personal information, or send spam or unsolicited promotions through our form;
- scrape or copy the site by automated means, or use bots, to collect content or data at scale without our written permission;
- try to probe, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services, or get around the spam and security checks;
- upload malicious code.
Contact form and messages
Sending a message is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and we do not promise a reply or a project. By sending it you agree that we may use your details to reply and to contact you about our services as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Sign in with Google
Where a Hivecraft service offers sign in with Google, you are responsible for your Google account and for activity under your sign-in. We handle the data we receive from Google as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Hivecraft from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or end access to a service if it is misused or if we stop offering it.
Our content
The website, its design, text, code, images and the Hivecraft name and logo belong to Hivecraft or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission. Names, logos and screenshots of client products belong to their owners and appear with their permission.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to and uses services we do not control, such as Calendly for booking calls, LinkedIn, our careers site, Google and Cloudflare. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.
No professional advice
Articles and other content on the site share our experience and opinions. They are not legal, financial, security, compliance or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such.
Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hivecraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change the Services and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and using the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hivecraft Technology is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
